Where Do Zotasell Upsell Offers Show on My Store?
Upsell Positions in Zotasell – Where Your Offers Will Appear
Zotasell places smart upsell suggestions at high-impact points across your store to increase order value without disrupting the shopping experience. Below is a breakdown of each upsell position supported in Zotasell and how it works.
🛒 Product Page Upsell
Zotasell supports two key positions on the product page:
1. Product Slider (Bottom of Page)
- Appears below the product details description. Depends on the product page layout, it can be placed at the bottom of the page when the customer scrolls down.
- Best used to recommend related products in the same category or collection.
- Example: Showing more skincare items when viewing a cleanser.
2. Right Under the Add to Cart Button
- Displays 2 highly relevant products right below the Add to Cart button.
- These products are selected because they frequently go well together.
- Example: If the customer is viewing a dress, this section might recommend matching shoes and accessories.
🛍️ Cart Page Upsell
“Customers Also Bought” Slider
- Shown in the cart before checkout.
- Displays products that are often purchased together with what’s already in the cart.
- Helps customers add more to their order without leaving the cart page.
✅ Thank You Page Upsell
“Customers Also Bought” Slider
- Displayed after the order is placed on the confirmation page.
- Great for recommending complementary items based on what was just purchased.
- Example: After buying a phone, recommend a phone case or screen protector.
✨ Add-to-Cart Popup Upsell
Popup Banner Recommendation
- Appears right after a customer clicks “Add to Cart”.
- Shows a small popup with 2–3 relevant items that are often bought together.
- A great way to encourage add-ons before the customer views their cart.
💌 Thank You Email Upsell
- Sent automatically after a customer places an order.
- Includes:
- Order confirmation
- A few personalized product recommendations
- Optional coupon code for their next order
🛒 Abandoned Cart Email Upsell
- Triggered when a customer leaves without completing checkout.
- Email includes:
- Their abandoned cart contents
- Suggested add-ons based on those items
- A button to return and complete the purchase
