- Minimum Usage Requirement: Your store must actively use Zotasell for at least 15 consecutive days (this includes completing the free trial + 1 additional day).
- Upsell Activation Requirements: Our support & upsell experts will help guide you to activate Zotasell in positions proven to drive the best results (product page, cart, add-to-cart popup, etc.).
- If you fully follow our recommendations and still see no improvement, we are happy to discuss a refund.
- If you decide not to follow our recommended setup or optimization best practices, we’ll gladly discuss your refund request together and assess it based on your specific situation.
- Consideration of AOV Growth by Industry: We fairly evaluate performance based on industry specifics. AOV growth expectations may vary depending on product type and pricing structure.
