How Zotasell Tracks Your Upsell Performance?

What does Zotasell track?
For every upsell position (Product Page, Cart Page, Thank You Page, Add-to-Cart Popup, Email), Zotasell tracks 5 key statistics:
- Upsell Orders
– Number of orders that contain at least one upsell item.
(One order can contain multiple upsell items.)
- Upsell Items
– Total number of individual upsell products sold.
- Upsell Value
– Extra revenue from upsell sales.
- Impressions
– How many times upsell products were shown to customers.
- Clicks
– How many times customers clicked on the upsell product or its Add to Cart button.
These insights are available for each upsell touchpoint, so you can see which positions bring the most value.
Which products are upselling best?
Zotasell ranks your top upsell products using the same metrics above.
This helps you identify best performers and decide which to push further or bundle.Example:
- Product A: 520 impressions - 120 clicks – 30 upsell orders – $1,500 in upsell revenue
- Product B: 330 impressions - 70 clicks – 25 upsell orders – $1,200 in upsell revenue
Do I get regular reports?
Yes! Zotasell sends you a bi-weekly report (every 14 days).
It’s a quick snapshot showing:
- Total upsell revenue in the past 2 weeks
- Number of upsell orders and items
- Your top performing products
- A link to view full campaign performance in your dashboard
