How to Set Up the ZB Exit-Intent Popup?

1. Install and Access the App

• Add the ZB: Exit Intent Pop‑up Window app from the Shopify App Store and connect it to your store.

• Access ZB Exit Intent & Pop up Window from your App section >> Enable app embed

2. Choose a Template from the Template and Settings section.

• Pick from templates tailored for promotions, email capture, clickable images, or even custom HTML.

3. Customize Content & Design

• Edit text, upload discount codes, define CTA buttons, set countdown timers, and adjust styles (colors, overlays, fonts).

4. Define Triggers & Display Rules

• In the “Display Rules” section, choose when the popup appears (exit-intent, scroll behavior, or after a delay), who sees it (new vs returning visitors), where (specific pages or geolocation), and how often it appears.

5. Review & Publish: Save your setup, preview the popup on desktop and mobile, then publish it to activate on your store.
