How do I remove the "guest" option from my Facebook/Messenger Live Chat?

• To remove the "guest" option inside your Messenger Chat, please open your Facebook fanpage settings.

- Go to "Messaging", then "Add Messenger to your website", and "Get Started".
- Click "Turn OFF Guest Mode status", then click "Next" 2 times, then click "Finish".
- Refresh your website. You can add /#zbrefresh to your website url to refresh website. (Ex. https://yourdomain.com/#zbrefresh).
