How do I remove the "guest" option from my Facebook/Messenger Live Chat?

• To remove the "guest" option inside your Messenger Chat, please open your Facebook fanpage settings.

Go to "Messaging", then "Add Messenger to your website", and "Get Started".

Click "Turn OFF Guest Mode status", then click "Next" 2 times, then click "Finish".

Refresh your website. You can add /#zbrefresh to your website url to refresh website. (Ex. https://yourdomain.com/#zbrefresh).
