# Zotabox 的聯絡表單是否具備防垃圾郵件技術?

是的，我們的聯絡表單使用 Ajax 載入與驗證技術，有效防止垃圾郵件及機器人提交。目前已有數千位商家使用我們的聯絡表單，且運行無任何問題。

如果您收到的郵件並非來自 **mailer@zotabox.com**，則這些郵件並非通過我們的聯絡表單發送（請檢查您的網站是否安裝了其他預設的聯絡表單，即使這些表單未啟用也需要確認）。

如果您在極少數情況下收到來自 **mailer@zotabox.com** 的垃圾郵件，您可以前往 Zotabox 儀表板的進階設定中啟用我們的高級 re-captcha 功能來防止此問題。
