# 我可以修改寄件人電子郵件地址（mailer@zotabox.com）嗎？

我們無法將客戶的電子郵件地址設為寄件人，因為 Amazon 的安全電子郵件服務僅允許經過驗證的電子郵件地址（mailer@zotabox.com）來轉發客戶訊息給您。

我們將客戶的電子郵件地址設置在郵件標頭中的「回覆至（Reply-To）」欄位。因此，當您點擊回覆時，郵件將發送到客戶的電子郵件地址，而非我們的寄件人電子郵件地址。

此外，當您使用我們的「自動回覆」功能時，「實際」的寄件人仍然是 mailer@zotabox.com，但您的客戶將會看到您的電子郵件地址作為「回覆至電子郵件」，並直接回覆給您。

您的訪客在收到回覆時，不會看到 mailer@zotabox.com。 您可以通過向您的「測試電子郵件地址」回覆進行測試來確認這一點。
