# 我的新電子郵件訂閱者未整合至 Mailchimp，該如何解決？

Mailchimp 僅會將 **新的電子郵件地址** 添加至您的郵件清單，無法重新新增已存在或先前被刪除的地址。

**測試時，請使用全新的電子郵件地址** 來驗證電子郵件捕獲工具的運作。

如果您在 Zotabox 設定頁面 ( [https://zotabox.com/dashboard/emailservices](https://zotabox.com/dashboard/emailservices)) 啟用 **雙重確認 (Double Opt-in)**，客戶需要點擊確認電子郵件中的連結，才能被添加至 Mailchimp 清單。  
您也可以取消勾選此選項，啟用 **單一確認 (Single Opt-in)**，以省略驗證步驟。

**欄位名稱必須完全一致**
****您的欄位名稱必須與 Zotabox 設定頁面上的名稱以及 Mailchimp（或其他電子郵件行銷服務提供商）清單中的名稱完全相同，才能正確整合。
