# Why Aren’t My Social Sharing Buttons Showing on My Website?

If you’ve already published the tool but don’t see the buttons on your site, here are two common reasons:

1. **App Embed Not Enabled**
Please double-check that you’ve enabled the App Embed in your Shopify Theme settings.
If you are embedding on the product page, make sure both:
* App Script Embed is turned on
* Embed Block on Product Page is enabled
Please note to click Save (on the upper right corner) to save the change. 
Without these, the buttons won’t appear.

2. **Cache and Cookies**
Sometimes changes don’t show up right away because of cache and cookies. Try:
* Refreshing your website cache
* Testing again in a new incognito window

That usually does the trick!
